Auf Deutsch gibt es bisher Abschnitt 7 zur Erstattung der Kursgebühr: direkt zu Abschnitt 7. Die übrigen Abschnitte stehen auf Englisch. [Welche Sprachfassung maßgeblich ist, mit der Rechtsberatung klären.]

1. Who you are booking with

Courses are run by PflegeXperts GmbH, Hofgut Kolnhausen 12 · 35423 Lich · Germany. Classes take place online on Zoom.

2. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is complete when we confirm it by email. With card or UPI payment this happens immediately after payment. With bank transfer your seat is reserved for 5 days and confirmed when the money arrives. With an employer invoice your seat is reserved when we have the employer's details.

3. Prices and instalments

Prices are per level and include live classes, course materials, homework correction and one mock exam. The telc exam fee is not included. The fee can be paid in instalments without extra charge: a registration fee of ₹2,500 at booking, then three equal instalments, due on the start date of the course and one and two months later; we send a payment link for each. If an instalment is more than 7 days late, access to classes is paused until it is paid. The registration fee and instalments already paid are not refunded after the cancellation deadline; open instalments remain due.

4. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or move to another group free of charge until 14 days before the start date, through your personal booking link. After that, the fee is due in full. If we cancel a group, for example because fewer than 6 people booked, you choose between the next date and a full refund.

5. Group size and format

Groups have at most 15 participants and run from 6. Recordings of missed sessions are available for 48 hours to enrolled participants only and may not be shared.

6. Exams

We prepare you for the telc exams. The exam itself is registered and taken at a licensed exam centre and is subject to that centre's terms. We make no promise about passing.

7. Erstattung der Kursgebühr nach Vermittlung

Bei Kursen mit dem Hinweis „Kursgebühr zurück nach Vermittlung“ (derzeit B2 Pflege) erstattet PflegeXperts GmbH die Kursgebühr, die du für diese Kurse tatsächlich bezahlt hast, wenn beides zutrifft:

• PflegeXperts GmbH hat dir deine Stelle in Deutschland vermittelt, und
• du hast die Stelle angetreten und dort die Probezeit bestanden.

Die Erstattung gibt es nur auf Antrag. Stell den Antrag nach der Probezeit, spätestens 12 Monate nach ihrem Ende, unter germanbound.com/refund mit der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du gebucht hast, oder schreib uns. Wir prüfen den Antrag mit deinem Arbeitgeber und überweisen die Erstattung innerhalb von 30 Tagen, nachdem der vollständige Antrag bei uns ist.

Wir zahlen die Erstattung in Euro auf ein Konto in einem SEPA-Land. Den Betrag, den du in Rupien bezahlt hast, rechnen wir zum Wechselkurs am Tag der Überweisung um. Die telc-Prüfungsgebühr gehört nicht zur Kursgebühr und wird nicht erstattet.

Eine Stelle können wir dir nicht versprechen. Nimmst du in Deutschland eine Stelle an, die wir nicht vermittelt haben, entfällt die Erstattung. Endet eine von uns vermittelte Stelle in der Probezeit, gibt es dafür keine Erstattung; eine spätere Stelle, die wir vermitteln, kann wieder zählen.

9. Applicable law
