Terms and cancellation policy

1. Who you are booking with

Courses are run by PflegeXperts GmbH, Hofgut Kolnhausen 12 · 35423 Lich · Germany. Classes take place online on Zoom.

2. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is complete when we confirm it by email. With card or UPI payment this happens immediately after payment. With bank transfer your seat is reserved for 5 days and confirmed when the money arrives. With an employer invoice your seat is reserved when we have the employer's details.

3. Prices and instalments

Prices are per level and include live classes, course materials, homework correction and one mock exam. The telc exam fee is not included. The fee can be paid in instalments without extra charge: a registration fee of ₹2,500 at booking, then three equal instalments, due on the start date of the course and one and two months later; we send a payment link for each. If an instalment is more than 7 days late, access to classes is paused until it is paid. The registration fee and instalments already paid are not refunded after the cancellation deadline; open instalments remain due.

4. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or move to another group free of charge until 14 days before the start date, through your personal booking link. After that, the fee is due in full. If we cancel a group, for example because fewer than 6 people booked, you choose between the next date and a full refund.

5. Group size and format

Groups have at most 15 participants and run from 6. Recordings of missed sessions are available for 48 hours to enrolled participants only and may not be shared.

6. Exams

We prepare you for the telc exams. The exam itself is registered and taken at a licensed exam centre and is subject to that centre's terms. We make no promise about passing.

7. Course fee refund after placement

For courses marked “Course fee back after placement” (at the moment B2 Nursing), PflegeXperts GmbH refunds the course fee you actually paid for these courses when both of the following apply:

• PflegeXperts GmbH arranged your job in Germany, and
• you started that job and passed the probation period there.

The refund is paid only on request. Request it after the probation period and at the latest 12 months after it ended, at germanbound.com/refund with the email address you booked with, or write to us. We check the request with your employer and transfer the refund within 30 days after we receive the complete request.

We pay the refund in euros to an account in a SEPA country. We convert the amount you paid in rupees at the exchange rate on the day of the transfer. The telc exam fee is not part of the course fee and is not refunded.

We do not promise you a job. The refund no longer applies once you take up a job in Germany that we did not arrange. If a job we arranged ends during the probation period, no refund is due for it; a later job that we arrange can still qualify.

9. Applicable law
