Request your course fee refund

Did we place you in a job in Germany, and have you passed the probation period there? Then you can get back the course fee you paid for your Nursing course. We pay it only on request.

We email you a link to the request form. That way we know the request comes from you.

What you need

  • the name of your employer and the date you started
  • the bank account (IBAN) we should transfer the refund to

Request it within 12 months after your probation period. We check the request with your employer and transfer the refund within 30 days. Full conditions
